There are 4 main methods of providing feedback :
- Send a private message to any of the admins on the WhatsApp groups. If you are not part of one of these groups, you can click here to join.
- Email the team directly – ad***@***********et.za
- Use the Contact Us form to provide comments or messages.
- Provide a Testimonial feedback that can be shared with the greater Westville community.
- Before you are able to list your business, you will need to login to the website through the My Account page.
- Once logged in, you will be able to navigate to the Add a Classifieds page.
- Complete the Item Information page selecting :
- a title
- a category
- a description
- a price
- a location
- uploading any relevant images
- Click Preview
- If you are happy with the listing, click Publish Listing.
Once submitted, the listing will be sent to the admins for approval. Once approved, the listing will be live on the website.
Please perform the following to create a user account :
- Navigate to the website via web or mobile
- User the menu to open the page Business Directory -> Registration
- Populate the form presented with the following information :
- Username
- Password
- Confirmation of acceptance of the Privacy Policy
- Click Submit
- You will then receive an email requesting validation. Click the link to confirm your email as being valid
- Once complete, you will be able to login through the My Account page.
- Before you are able to list your business, you will need to login to the website through the My Account page.
- Once logged in, you will be able to navigate to the Business Directory listing.
- Click Add Listing
- Complete the required sections containing
- the category for the listing
- the title, short description, full description, website URL, Phone, email, Address and Business Owner Address
- add any images you may wish for the listing (2 for free listings)
- Once submitted, the listing will be sent to the admins for approval.
- Once approved, the listing will be live on the website.
- Before you are able to list your business, you will need to login to the website through the My Account page.
- Once logged in, you will be able to navigate to the Add / Edit Events page.
- Click the Add New button
- Complete the Event Information page selecting :
- Event Name
- Start and end times of the event
- Event location
- Details
- Category
- Any event image
- Any booking information
- Tick the consent box
- Click Submit Event
Once submitted, the listing will be sent to the admins for approval. Once approved, the event will be live on the website and included in the weekly WhatsApp and email messages that are sent to the greater community.

We are a community of varied cultures and people and while each person has their own view as to what WhatsApp is to be used for, we need to ensure fairness for all users. All users are therefore needing to adhere to these guidelines for using WhatsApp.
